**Job Description:** **Financial Analyst I/II** Join a collaborative team where you'll partner with executive leaders to deliver meaningful financial insights that drive business decisions. We are considering candidates at both the Level I and Level II levels based on experience and qualifications. In this role, you will support financial reporting, budgeting, FTE analysis, and strategic planning for one or more executive departments. Ideal candidates will have experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or accounting; strong Excel skills (macro programming is a plus); excellent problem\-solving abilities; and the ability to communicate complex financial information to a non\-financial audience. Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
