This would include activities such as instruction receipt and authentication, entry instruction and verification (dual controls). In addition, they are responsible for assisting the supervisor with enhancing the productivity of the unit and coordination of workflow management, training new employees, and ensuring quality control standards are met. **Key responsibilities include:** * Ensure daily tax reclaim processing meets standards for both quality and timeliness. * Coordinate control/production related activities. * Coordinate intraday and end of day prioritization and reconciliation of daily wor...
