**About the Role:** Asa CBRE Regional Facilities Manager, you'll manage the day\-to\-day functions ofthe team responsible for building operations and maintenance of multiple manufacturing and mixed use facilitieswithin a dedicated region. Thisjob is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on allaspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the PropertyManagers regarding all repairs and investment plans. **What You’ll Do:** * Provideformal supervision for employees. Monitor the training and development ofstaff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting andhiring of new employees. Coordinateand manage the team's daily activities.
