About Us We are a recovery services company. We build and manage care teams of case managers, recovery companions, coaches, and interventionists, and we stay with individuals and families through placement, treatment, and the transition back to daily life. It is close, high\-stakes work, and the families who come to us are often in the hardest week of their lives. About the Role We are looking for someone to own the operational backbone of this business: the client experience from first inquiry through case closure, and the process and procedure that hold the rest of the company together. Right now our clinical team carries too much administrative weight. Case managers are extraordinary at being present with families in crisis, and that is exactly where their attention should go. This role exists to take everything else: the records, the contracts, the credentials, the billing cycle, and the follow up that makes all of it hold together.
