We build hotels, multifamily communities, luxury custom homes, and we convert existing hotels into multifamily housing. Our in\-house construction team gives us direct control over cost, schedule, and quality on every project we build. **About the Role** We are seeking a Project Manager to join our six\-person in\-house construction team. You will manage subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and job sites, with support from the team whenever needed. The role will start with two luxury custom homes in Richmond, followed by ground\-up hotel, multifamily, and conversion projects. All projects are located in Virginia or within a two\-hour drive of the state, and the role includes regular time on job sites.
