Breakdown Services is seeking a Controller to be the financial leader of our team. This position is all\-encompassing and diverse. Not only will you oversee the financial health of the business but you will be asked to research and present owners with opportunities and areas to improve efficiency and profitability. Duties * Manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, vendor payments, and account reconciliations * Maintain and oversee bookkeeping and financial reporting through QuickBooks Online, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including financial statements, general ledger reviews, and trial balances * Monitor cash flow, budgets, expense tracking, and overall financial performance to support operational decision\-making * Coordinate with external CPA partners throughout the accounting cycle, including reporting, compliance, and year\-end processes * Analyze financial data and provide reporting insights and recommendations to leadership * Develop, implement, and improve accounting procedures, internal controls, and sca...
