This position directs warehousing activities for organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates while maintaining all Sharp standards including – Standard Operating Procedures and company policies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Coordinate periodic inventory cycle counts in warehouse, as required by Sharp or at the request of customers. Adjust inventory as needed and escalate variances that exceed $500\. * Track and report Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics on a scheduled basis that detail daily warehouse operations. Use metrics to identify trends and create proactive plans for managing warehouse space, resources and properly functioning logistics between warehouses. * Escalate and communicate all warehouse strains to proactively manage warehouse utilization. * Proactive...
