Part\-Time Digital Marketing \& Lead Generation ManagerHybrid Independent Contractor — Parsippany, New JerseyCompensation: $5,000 per monthSchedule: Approximately 15–20 hours per week About the Opportunity We are a growing business\-financing lead\-generation company seeking an experienced, hands\-on digital marketing professional to manage and improve our customer\-acquisition efforts. This is a part\-time, hybrid independent\-contractor position. The contractor will collaborate with our team from our Parsippany, New Jersey office approximately two to three days per week and remain available remotely during the balance of the agreed 15–20 weekly hours. This is not an entry\-level or purely advisory position. We need someone who can develop strategy, execute campaigns personally, analyze performance and continuously improve lead quality and conversion results.
