**Job Overview** **Transportation \& Logistics Company – Full\-Time Position** We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail\-oriented individual to join our team. This position is responsible for monitoring trucks and shipments from pickup through final delivery, maintaining communication with drivers, and providing accurate, timely updates to the dispatch team. **Responsibilities** * Track trucks and shipments from pickup through delivery * Monitor driver locations and shipment progress throughout transit * Communicate regularly with drivers, carriers, dispatchers, shippers, and receivers * Confirm pickup and delivery appointments * Request and monitor GPS/MacroPoint tracking * Perform check calls and update shipment status in the system * Immediately report delays, missed appointments, breakdowns, rejected freight, temperature issues, or other problems * Obtain PODs (Proof of Delivery) immediately following delivery * Verify that delivery paperwork is complete and properly signed * Follow up with drivers and carriers when tracking information or paperwork is missing * Maintain accurate notes and records for every shipment * Assist the dispatch team with day\-to\-day trans...
