**WHITE PLAINS \-** **Role** General Manager – DIRECTOR **Required Years of Experience** 4\-6 years, FOH \& BOH experience desirable. **Salary** Is negotiable and will be reflective of your experience and your dedication to the position. **Schedule** Full\-Time (this is just an example of your week 5 days/week: 4 Floor Shifts \+ 1 Dedicated Admin Day – not necessarily in this order. **Leadership** The General Manager will oversee daily FOH and BOH operations, management support, team leadership, guest relations and supporting heads of departments. This role is structured to provide a balanced workload between active floor management and its administrative oversight. * 4 Floor Shifts: Active presence during service to maintain high standards of hospitality, support staff, engage with guests, and ensure smooth service flow * 1 Dedicated Admin Day: Focused office hours for checking on department scheduling, compliance, and strategic planning.
