We only accept direct applications.*** **About the role** This is a hands\-on, close\-cycle role with clear monthly deliverables, and a path toward work in reconciliations, tax and controls. **What you'll do** **Cash application and AR** * Apply customer payments (checks, ACH, wires, card) against open invoices * Clear unapplied cash, short\-pays and overpayments, working with our credit team * Produce AR aging and unapplied\-cash reporting for management and credit **Bank reconciliations** * Reconcile all bank accounts monthly and investigate reconciling items promptly * Flag unusual or unauthorized activity right away **Corporate card program (Ramp)** * Reconcile Ramp monthly and review transaction coding * Ma...
