We work exclusively with independent fine jewelry retailers across the country, handling everything from CAD to casting to final delivery. We're growing and looking for an experienced account manager who can hit the ground running. **Compensation** In addition to the base pay, this position is eligible for commission on accounts managed \& sales overseen. **Responsibilities** * Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of independent jewelry retailers * Build and maintain strong long\-term client relationships * Manage custom orders end\-to\-end: quoting, CAD approval, production coordination, QC, and delivery * Coordinate with internal CAD, production, and QC teams to keep orders on track * Proactively communicate order status, changes, and solutions to clients * Identify upsell and cross\-sell opportunities based on client needs and trends * Contribute to account retention and revenue growth goals **Requirements** * 2\+ years of experience in the jewelry industr...
