Description: **Schedule:** Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday \| 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM \| **Own Your Account. Hill Brothers Transportation is looking for a **Day Local Operations Coordinator/City Dispatcher** to run point on the Skinner Account — managing local drivers, coordinating freight, and making sure every load moves the way it's supposed to. This isn't a passive role. You'll supervise drivers directly, own the relationship with the customer, keep trailer pools in check, and make real\-time decisions that keep the operation running smoothly. If you're someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and knows how to get things done under pressure, we want to hear from you. **What You'll Do** You'll be the day\-to\-day operational lead for the Skinner Account. That means dispatching local drivers and maximizing their productivity, processing bills of lading, and staying in close communication with the customer to make sure their freight expectations are met.
