The incumbent directly performs a variety of duties and oversees staff work related to implementing initiatives, developing contracts, coordinating interagency activities, conducting analytical assignments, developing policy recommendations and procedures, and providing technical assistance to local programs when needed. Effective July 1, 2025, State employees are subject to a salary reduction of three percent in exchange for five hours per month of the Personal Leave.
