Position Summary The Rental Sales Associate is the frontline ambassador of our shop, responsible for guiding customers through tool and equipment selection, ensuring safe tool usage, and managing all aspects of the rental transaction. This role combines sales, customer service, and light inspection duties to create a seamless rental experience.
