**Youth Ministry Director** **Department:** Children, Youth, and Family Ministries **Reports To:** Children, Youth, and Family Ministry Director **Target Scope:** 6th\-12th Grade **Wage and Hour (FLSA) Status:** Exempt (Salary) **Employment Status Classification:** Full\-Time (40\-45 hours/week) **Ministry Classification:** Called **Apply at**: www.timberwoodchurch.org/careers **Position Purpose** The Youth Ministry Director provides comprehensive vision, leadership, and operational management for student ministry (6th\-12th grade). This role exists to foster a vibrant environment where students can belong, grow, and thrive to deepen their relationship with Jesus so they live out His goodness every day by loving God and their neighbor. Collaborating with the Children, Youth, and Family this position will lead a dedicated volunteer team, engaging students in spiritual formation, family discipleship, and community outreach. This individual will play an integral role in a thriving ministry that serves more than 125 students and partners with 25 dedicated volunteer leaders.
