**The is a hybrid position based out of Ridgefield, CT. Two to three days a week will be required in the office in Ridgefield, CT.** I**. BASIC FUNCTIONS**: The MPO strategically plans for the development of new platforms and processes ensuring that the solutions will meet our business needs and are compatible with internal standards: * Gather business requirements and develop standard and process to optimize the efficiency and maintain consistency. * Requires understanding of technical specifications of emails, websites and other digital assets and tools to collaborate on the integration of different platforms. * Ability to actively engage in discussions of technical solutions to help determine the best solution(s) that will meet the needs of the business.
