**LIFE COACH / CASE MANAGER (FLORENCE / PEE DEE AREA)** **TRANSITIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES** **COMMUNITY\-BASED SERVICES DEPARTMENT– COLUMBIA, SC** South Carolina Youth Advocate Program (SCYAP) is seeking compassionate, motivated, and dedicated life coaches / case managers to support youth transitioning out of foster care into independent adulthood. This role is centered on building meaningful, trust\-based relationships and empowering young people to develop the confidence, life skills, and resilience needed to thrive. A Life Coach / Case Manager will serve as a consistent source of guidance, encouragement, and advocacy during one of the most critical periods of a young person’s life. This position will primarily work in the field. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping youth successfully transition to independence, supporting them in achieving stability in education, employment, housing, and overall well\-being. Your guidance can help reduce barriers such as homelessness, unemployment, and lack of support systems, while inspiring long\-term success and self\-sufficiency.
