Rustik is a beloved Brooklyn establishment operating across three distinct concepts: Rustik Tavern, a neighborhood bar and restaurant serving elevated comfort food since 2008; Rustik @ the Brooklyn Navy Yard, offering breakfast and lunch service; and Rustik Smokes, our cannabis retail venture. We are seeking a uniquely qualified individual to fill a dual\-function role that combines the responsibilities of a Budtender and Marketing Manager across all three Rustik locations. This is a full\-time position for a candidate who possesses proven experience in \*both\* the restaurant and cannabis industries and can seamlessly integrate marketing strategy with front\-line customer service.
