**Job Summary** Leak Tight Analysis (LTA) is seeking an experienced Deputy Operations Director to help lead the day\-to\-day operations of our Florida facility. This is a hands\-on senior leadership position responsible for coordinating and supporting our shop, cleanroom, NDE/NDT, field operations, project management, and office teams. The Deputy Operations Director will work closely with company leadership and department managers to ensure work is properly prioritized, staffed, scheduled, and executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer, quality, and technical requirements. This position requires someone who can manage multiple active projects in a fast\-paced aerospace and industrial services environment while maintaining strong attention to schedule, labor utilization, documentation, quality, and customer commitments.
