**The Role** Aesteem Aesthetics is seeking a full\-time **Social Media Manager** to own and grow our organic social presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Our primary objective is **organic lead generation**, supported by continued brand development, audience growth, and establishing Aesteem and its providers as authorities in aesthetics. Our providers film assigned content. You will own the strategy behind that content—what gets created, creative direction, provider assignments and deadlines, editing, publishing, community engagement, and performance optimization. **What You'll Own** * Manage **5 social channels:** 2 Instagram accounts, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube * Develop and maintain the content calendar * Create provider\-specific content assignments based on Aesteem initiatives, performance data, and relevant aesthetic trends * Provide creative briefs, scripts, hooks, and deadlines and manage provider deliverables through completion * Own content ideation, script writing, captions/copy, and video editing * Optimize creative, messaging, CTAs, and distribution for each platform * Manage inboxes, comments, and proactive community engagement Monday–Friday * C...
