**Job Title:** Operations Supervisor **Department:** Operations **Reports To:** Service Center Manager **FLSA Status:** Exempt **Location:** Grand Prairie, TX **Schedule:** The ideal candidate will be trained on both the Inbound and Outbound operation and our Supervisor Staff Shifts run from 8am on Sunday thru 7pm on Saturdays. The 5 day schedule will be assigned within that window which includes either working a Saturday or Sunday as part of the assigned 5 day schedule. **SUMMARY:** At Daylight we owe our success to the efficiency of our organizational processes. To help maintain and grow this standard, we’re seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee daily activities. As an ideal candidate, you’ll have a sharp business mind and proven success managing multiple departments within the operation toward maximum productivity. You’ll be highly skilled in employee relations, operational metrics, and overall coaching as stablished leader.
