**Duties** ---------- Construction Manager is responsible for the management of the construction of water, sewer, road or drainage projects. * Supervises and coordinates with the Resident Project Representative (RPR) on a daily basis. Provides training for the RPR. * Prepares and processes documents for the execution of a project including but not limited to assistance with the contract, notice to proceed, pay applications, change orders and project close out documents. * Manages the warranty follow up observation process. * Coordinates with contractor, other City departments, private utilities and public as needed. * Provides review and comments of the design of construction projects. * Performs other duties as assigned or required. **Minimum Qualifications** -------------------------- **AT TIME OF HIRE OR PROMOTION TO THIS CLASS:** 1\. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and (6\) six years experience or (10\) ten or more years experience in the field of civil engineering, construction management or construction technology; 2\.
