**Role:** Registered Nurse (RN) Triage – Obstetrics \& Gynecology (OBGYN) **Responsibilities include:** * Reviewing patient voicemails and communicating with patients via phone or MyChart to assess care needs. * Providing appropriate medical advice or directing patients to emergency or urgent care as needed. * Conducting telephone assessments, intervening based on nursing skills, and ensuring patient understanding using teach\-back methods. * Sending high\-risk cases to emergency departments promptly and scheduling physician appointments for others. * Assisting patients in examination rooms, recording vital signs, and preparing them for exams or procedures. * Performing immunizations and assisting with diagnostic and in\-office procedures such as venipuncture, specimen collection, and lab tests. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Current Illinois RN license and BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association. * Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Science and at least 1 year of telephone triage experience, ideally in a medical practice setting. * Strong communication, assessment, and clinical skills relevant to triage and patient care. **Additional info:** * Part\-time position (...
