**Nursing Professional Development Specialist** Nursing Education is seeking a **Nursing Professional Development Specialist** to join our team. This role is scheduled to work **Monday through Friday** and requires flexibility to adjust work hours as needed to support orientation and educational activities on weekends, night shifts, and other times necessary to meet institutional goals and the needs of the clinical areas served. This position will support the Houston Area Locations (HALs), including League City, Northwest Surgical, Northwest Diagnostic Imaging (Freestanding), and The Woodlands campus areas (Procedures, Ambulatory Treatment Center, Radiation Oncology, and Diagnostic Imaging). The NPDS serves as the primary education resource for these locations and is responsible for assessing learning needs, developing and delivering education, supporting orientation and onboarding, facilitating competency and skills validation, and implementing evidence\-based professional development initiatives.
