**Full\-time:** 40hrs/per week Monday\-Friday 9am\-5:30pm **Non\-exempt; Benefit Eligible** **Summary:** Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer/ ED, and under the direct supervision of the APR \& Data Specialist/ Project Director, provides direct services to TRIO participants while supporting the organization’s efforts to measure, document, and communicate program impact. The coordinator will regularly analyze participant and service data, prepare weekly and monthly reports, identify trends and areas requiring attention, and communicate findings to program and organizational leadership to support informed decision\-making, program improvement, accountability, and grant compliance. **Vision:** The coordinator will serve as an important connection between student experience, program operations and organizational leadership, ensuring that accurate and timely information is available to guide program decisions, strengthen services, demonstrate impact, and continuously improve outcomes for TRIO participants. **Responsibilities:** * Provide day\-to\-day individual, small\-group, and large\-group support to TRIO participants related to academic success, college and career expl...
