Description

The home health physical therapist's goals are to rehabilitate and educate the patient to regain and retain their independence in their home setting. Further, the purpose of the physical therapist is to restore the patient's function, alleviate pain, and prevent disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy. Key Deliverables: * Assists the physician in evaluating the patient's level of function. · * .
