Follow Up Boss CRM Specialist — Contract / Remote Naples\-based luxury real estate team seeking an **expert Follow Up Boss specialist** for a project\-based contract. **Responsibilities:** * Import 29,000\+ contacts from **ACT! CRM** into Follow Up Boss. * Clean, organize, deduplicate, tag, and segment the database. * Set up targeted campaigns, Action Plans, and automations. * Initially enroll approximately 10–20% of contacts into appropriate campaigns. * Optimize the CRM for efficient ongoing management. **Requirements:** * **Expert\-level Follow Up Boss experience is mandatory.** * Proven experience with large database migrations and CRM organization. * Strong knowledge of FUB Smart Lists, Action Plans, and automations. * Ability to work independently and complete the project efficiently. **To Apply:** Please describe your Follow Up Boss experience, similar projects completed, estimated timeline, and project rate. **Compensation:** Negotiable based on experience and scope.
