Hunterdon Care Center is seeking RN Supervisor to join our dynamic nursing team. We are looking for a strong, compassionate RN leader who is ready to make an impact in a supportive and team\-driven environment. ***Currently hiring PT Morning shift, every weekends or other weekends*** **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, including assignment of duties * Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care in collaboration with the healthcare team * Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards * Monitor patient safety and maintain high standards of care quality * Support residents and families by addressing concerns and providing updates on care * Manage admissions and coordinate care plans with physicians and clinical staff **Compensation:** * $45/hr **Qualifications:** * 2 years of supervisor or leadership experience * Active and valid New Jersey RN license in good standing * Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills * Demonstrated leadership experience in a Nursing Home/skilled nursing facility. * Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, team\-oriented environment **About Us:** Hunterdon Care Cen...
