Description: **Job Summary** This is an entry\-level position involving food preparation and/or food serving. Under general supervision, the Food Service Worker provides support in all areas of food services and assists with general cleaning. It is expected that this professional will follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and assist in the service of food in a courteous manner keeping particular attention to the specific dietary and texture needs of the participants they serve. **Duties/Responsibilities** * Ensure proper dietary restrictions are followed for each participant in accordance with instructions from Registered Dietitians. * Communicates clearly with Chef and Lead Cook potential allergens and texture sensitive meals needed daily, at respective site. * Serves participants in a professional and courteous manner and help assist CNA with serving daily meals. * Maintains a clean and presentable appearance consistent with food safety regulations and PACE Foodservice Uniform Policy. * Responsible for ensuring all deliveries that leave the kitchen, including Savory Fare meal deliveries, are checked against delivery protocols to ensure accuracy. * Demonstrates proper under...
