Description

**Purpose of Position** To provide technical surveying support to the project and project team with the usage of advance instrumentation, provide control points, grid lines, elevations, and other necessities based on project drawings. **Knowledge, Skills \& Abilities** * Proficient in the usage of surveying instruments such as total station (standard and robotic), optical level, laser level, etc. * Able to read construction drawings and provide benchmarks from given elevations, establish control points for each project, and set grid line locations and offsets. * Able to interpret and check site conditions vs design drawings. * Able to communicate, both written and verbally, any discrepancies found in design drawings or site conditions. * Proficient in surveying software such as AutoCAD and able to prepare and upload files to surveying instrument. * Detail orientated and driven to excellence in quality and performance.
