**SUMMARY:** The Warehouse Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities within a food manufacturing environment. This includes managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, maintaining compliance with food safety standards, and supporting cross\-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Fulfills inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Monitors inventory levels by identifying and resolving discrepancies and conducting regular cycle counts. * Maintains accurate records of stock movements using handheld scanning devices and updating warehouse management systems (WMS). * Ensures the production team maintains adequate supply levels on each product line. * Ensures compliance with food safety regulations Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point, Good Manufacturing Practices, Federal Drug Administration (e.g., HACCP, GMP, FDA). * Collaborates with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to meet operational goals. * Oversees the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to meet hygiene standards. * Other duties as assigned by management. **QUAL...
