Green Alpha Property Management is growing, and we are looking for an experienced **Regional Property Manager** to lead a portfolio of affordable and conventional multifamily communities. This is a hands\-on leadership role for an individual who demonstrates strong accountability, a sense of urgency, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Our properties are geographically dispersed in GA and SC, so **regular travel and overnight stays are required.** **We are only looking for someone located out of Columbus, GA.** **What You’ll Do:** As Regional Property Manager, you will have direct responsibility for the operational and financial performance of your portfolio, including: * Lead, coach, and hold Property Managers accountable for results. * Drive **occupancy, collections, revenue, expense control, and NOI performance**. * Review property financials, budgets, forecasts, variances, rent rolls, delinquency, and operating KPIs. * Identify underperforming properties and develop clear corrective action plans. * Conduct regular site visits and property inspections. * Monitor leasing, renewals, unit turns, work orders, preventive maintenance, and overall propert...
