**Job Description** BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead facility modernization and expansion projects at the Holston Army Ammunition Plant. As a Project Manager, you will deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while leading a cross\-functional team and communicating effectively with executive leadership and government customers. Key Responsibilities: * Project Leadership: Lead cross\-functional teams to deliver (\<$100M) complex Capital Investment projects, ensuring timely, budgeted, and quality delivery. * Profit and Loss Management: Manage project finances, ensuring budget adherence and financial target achievement. * Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates to executive leadership and government customers on project status, progress, and issues. * Sub\-contractor and Supplier Management: Oversee sub\-contractors and suppliers to ensure project requirements and quality standards are met. * Project Planning and Control: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery. * Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success. **Requi...
