8860 Industrial Ave, Roseville, CA Job Title: NPI Project Manager\-On Site Job Summary: The Project Manager will coordinate documentation for complex projects and real estate transactions. This person must possess strong organizational, math, analytical, computer, and problem\-solving skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manages all entity\-related documents for growing portfolio. Maintains a working knowledge of entity/collateral/title documentation and concepts. Works closely with legal team and investors to form; amend and handle various LLC and Joint Venture agreements. Forms new entities and manages current entity registrations with SOS, EIN’s etc. Works closely with existing and new lenders to provide documentation for new loans, existing loans and property refinances. Reviews terms and signature blocks on loan documents. Works under the supervision of our legal team(s); drafts ancillary agreements/documents. Works with development team/title company/insurance. agents/appraisers/landlords/to help coordinate real estate transactions. Works with landlords on property management items for all ground leases.
