Responsibilities: Noblis and Noblis ESI are expanding our teams of smart, collaborative, proactive experts and professionals. We are seeking personnel to join our team of talented professionals who possess the experience, vision, commitment, and integrity to successfully support the strategic goals of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate (S\&T) Homeland Security Advanced Research Projects Agency (HSARPA). DHS S\&T was established by Congress to provide innovative scientific and technical solutions to the nation's homeland security challenges. Within S\&T, HSARPA is responsible for executing the DHS research and development (R\&D) programs, projects, and activities within critical infrastructure. DHS S\&T partners with the DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) to develop valuable resources for critical infrastructure owners and operators.
