**Brief Job Description:** The Preferred Account Representative, General Contractors serves as the primary internal liaison for assigned general contractor accounts, delivering exceptional client management, cross\-functional coordination, direct sales and pre\-sales support across all Vertiv business verticals. This position supports the Senior Account Manager in cultivating and managing strategic relationships with assigned general contractor accounts. This role functions as the day\-to\-day point of contact for general contractor clients, ensuring contractual and operational documentation remains current, directing client inquiries to appropriate internal resources, and coordinating seamlessly across Vertiv's GSA, Channel, Federal, and Enterprise verticals.
