Position Summary * This role will have multiple responsibilities. We are currently designing and building a pilot plant facility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * This role will have two phases to begin with: * During construction * Attend and contribute to Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) studies for the pilot plant design * Assist in writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) * Daily management of the construction crew * Lead morning toolbox talks * Perform Hazard and Risk Assessments during the construction process * Maintain project schedule and provide weekly updates to management * Manage all work orders * Manage all lockouts, confined space entries, and occupational hygiene * Receive all deliveries * During operations * Supervise the operations and maintenance teams * Operate equipment when required * Input and manage process data * Assist in data analytics * Optimize flowsheets * Schedule and manage sample analysis with external laboratories * Work flexible hours that could include night shifts * This role will be very fast paced and will require a significant amount of self\-directed learning.
