Help build the next stage of Insycle. We’re looking for a hands\-on operating leader to lead people and execution across sales, marketing, customer success and service, helping turn our established product and customer base into a repeatable growth engine. You’ll translate company priorities into practical plans, develop people, and establish effective ways of working. Working closely with the Founder \& CEO, who leads product and company direction and remains involved in commercial strategy, you’ll own day\-to\-day business operations and team leadership, with meaningful authority over operating decisions, hiring within agreed budgets, and implementation. You’ll build and lead the team, identifying the capabilities we need, hiring talented people, and coaching them to succeed. You’ll set clear expectations, provide feedback, and work alongside employees and specialists to deliver results. We’re based in New York and flexible about in\-office and remote arrangements.
