Yamaha Outboards has an excellent opportunity for a **CRM \& Email Marketing Supervisor** to join our **Marine Marketing Team in Kennesaw, GA**. Yamaha Outboards is seeking a strategic, data\-driven, and collaborative marketing leader who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and is passionate about building meaningful customer relationships through personalized communications and lifecycle marketing. This role will play a critical part in advancing Yamaha Outboards' CRM capabilities through audience segmentation, customer journey development, personalization, and SMS strategy. As the CRM \& Email Marketing Supervisor, you'll lead Yamaha Outboard's customer relationship marketing efforts across email and SMS channels while managing and developing the CRM \& Email Marketing Specialist. This role will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and work closely with the Digital Transformation (DX) team, Business Groups, and internal stakeholders to build scalable lifecycle programs that improve customer engagement, loyalty, retention, and conversions.
