What this job is You own delivery. Everything from signed contract to final payment: schedule, materials, subs, change orders, budget, quality, and the client's experience of all four. Four to eight active projects at a time. This is a field job with a laptop, not a desk job with site visits. Expect to be on job sites most days across Fulton, DeKalb, Douglas, Cobb, and South Fulton. A contract estimator handles pricing and sales. The Managing Partner handles business development, capital, and client relationships at the top. **Everything between the signature and the closeout packet is yours.** ResponsibilitiesSchedule * Build a written schedule for every project before mobilization, with a contracted substantial\-completion date. * Maintain it weekly. When a date moves, the client knows the same day — with the reason and the new date. * Sequence trades so crews aren't waiting on each other or on materials. * Protect the critical path: inspections, long\-lead items, and anything with a permit attached.
