#### **Warehouse Manager** AJM Packaging Corporation Joplin, MO Position Overview – AJM Packaging Corporation, one of America’s leading manufacturers of paper products, including paper plates, cups, bowls and bags, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to its Joplin Warehouse team. The Warehouse Manager will direct and manage the overall inventory, warehousing, WMS, shipping and receiving functions to ensure efficiency, accuracy, safety, and alignment with company objectives, while continuously identifying and implementing process improvements. Responsibilities \& Duties – * Plan, coordinate and manage entire warehouse/shipping \& receiving functions in such a manner as to ensure that all company objectives and production goals are continually met. * Develop practices, procedures, goals and objectives for department and the strategies and methodologies to implement and/or achieve them. * Oversee all incoming and outgoing activity and ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of shipments. * Review overall operation and processes and identify areas for improvement for all functions.
