**SUMMARY:** SUMMARY: Under the direction of the System Controller, maintains the integrity of the Organization's general ledgers and aids in the overall effectiveness of the Accounting Department. **EXPERIENCE:** * 5 years of healthcare accounting experience. * Hospital and/or Medical Group/Physician accounting experience preferred. **SPECIAL SKILLS:** * Computer skills required, * Advanced working knowledge of Excel. * Excellent interpersonal skills. **OTHER:** Bachelor's degree plus CPA preferred, but a Master's degree in related field is accepted in lieu of CPA. **LICENSE/CERT:** Preferred: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) **EDUCATION:** Required: Bachelors \- Accounting, Bachelors \- Related Field, Preferred: Masters \- Accounting, Masters \- Related Field Location: North Kansas City Hospital · ACCOUNTING Schedule: Full\-Time, DAYS
