**Key Responsibilities** * Oversee the daily operations, productivity, and performance of all field and shop personnel. * Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and accountability to employees. * Maintain a strong presence in the field and shop to ensure quality workmanship, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. * Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of structural steel erection and fabrication operations. * Prepare and manage project estimates, schedules, manpower, equipment, and material requirements. * Coordinate material procurement, fabrication activities, and project execution to support timely project completion. * Monitor project progress and operational performance to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. * Attend pre\-construction meetings and communicate project requirements, expectations, and schedules to field personnel. * Serve as the primary liaison between customers, field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Build and maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. * Resolve operational, project, and customer issues in a timely and professional manner. * Ensure comp...
