This position is considered a full\-time, salaried role that will report directly to the General Manager at the resort. Ideal candidates will have previous leadership and training experience, self\-motivated, ability to work independently, reliable, previous experience in the hospitality industry and ability to work as the business demands including nights, weekends, and holidays. The Assistant General Manager/Resort Operations Manager responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: * Daily responsibilities may include or serve at the back up to the property accountant on: Daily deposits; Daily audit summary; Change orders; purchasing; * Review and follow up of any guest and/or employee incidents in General Manager’s absence; Review and follow up of any guest complaints including responding to any guest complaints (i.e. apology letters, follow up telephone call, etc.) communicated to the brand’s directly; monitoring and working with housekeeping; supervising front desk staff and monitoring reservation pick up and rate strategies in order to maximize revenues. *...
