Job Description The Inventory Manager will manage inventory control activities including supporting a team of Inventory Control Associates. This role oversees inventory control and accuracy for the facility including, but not limited to, maintaining the physical inventory, improving controls, providing ongoing training, recognizing signs of operational problems, and consistently executing the cycle count program to ensure inventory and location accuracy (e.g., outs, aisle audits, empty slot reports, special counts for high\-value items, non\-stocks). This role also validates the accuracy of products transferred between facilities, research, and resolves discrepancies, monitors adjustments in the warehouse management system, and conducts analysis to forecast potential inventory issues. **Responsibilities Include:** * Set cycle counts of inventory, research, and clears any discrepancies * Plan layouts of the warehouse, and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored * Trace the history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies * S...
