**Reports To:** President / Vice President **Location:** Kerrville, Texas \| Community\-Based **Time Commitment:** Approximately 15\-20 hours per week, flexible Position Purpose The Volunteer Marketing \& Communications Coordinator will help increase awareness of Renewal Oasis, strengthen its public presence, promote fundraising initiatives, and communicate the organization's mission and impact to the community. The coordinator will help manage and develop content for social media, marketing materials, community outreach, fundraising campaigns, and special events. Key Responsibilities **Social Media** * Assist with managing Renewal Oasis Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other approved social media platforms. * Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, videos, stories, and announcements. * Develop a consistent social media presence that reflects the organization's mission and values. * Promote fundraising campaigns, events, sponsorship opportunities, volunteer opportunities, and community partnerships. * Monitor comments and messages and refer inquiries requiring leadership response to the appropriate board member. * Track basic engagement and growth metrics. **Content Creation** *...
