**Job Summary** The Clinic Operations Manager is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Adult Neurology clinic. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage office functions, ensure compliance with medical regulations, and lead a team to deliver high\-quality patient care. The ideal candidate who has Medical assistance experience for 2\-3 years and is well familiar how a medical office works. Billing experience is a plus but not required. Team work skills is a must. These responsibilities we believe can be carried out by an individual **Duties** * Oversee the daily operations of the clinic\- Front and back office * Supervise scheduling, Manage staffing, and resource allocation. * Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency. * Train and supervise staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. * Prior Authorizations * Insurance Eligibility verification * Sub MA as needed * Coordinate with billing team as needed. * Monitor Claims and present data of unpaid claims to Provider on a regular basis. * Manage ADP/Staff hours * Check Mail/Manage shipments. * Collect cash and depo...
