**JOB SUMMARY:** The Structural Detailing Project Manager is responsible for converting engineering designs into accurate and comprehensive shop drawings for the fabrication and assembly of highway guardrail products and other steel structures. This position also manages assigned bridge rail, guardrail, solar, and related infrastructure projects from contract review through production and project completion. The Structural Detailing Project Manager serves as a key point of coordination among customers, Sales, Engineering, Drafting, Purchasing, Production, Quality, and other stakeholders. This individual is responsible for maintaining clear communication, monitoring schedules and deliverables, identifying potential issues, and ensuring that project requirements are accurately translated into production\-ready documentation.
