**QUALITY SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITY:** Irrespective of other responsibilities, have the freedom and authority to initiate action to prevent product nonconformity, identify and record quality problems, recommend solutions, verify implementation, and control further process until the deficiency has been corrected. **POSITION SCOPE:** The Materials \& Logistics Supervisor is a hands\-on leader accountable for the safe, accurate, and timely flow of materials from receipt through production and shipment. The role directs and develops a team of employees across stockroom, inventory control, receiving, material distribution, and shipping operations. The supervisor establishes and sustains effective processes, resolves operational issues, assigns and reprioritizes daily work, initiates corrective action within established authority, escalates risks, and recommends improvements to staffing, systems, procedures, and methods. **KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\.
